Before we can do any of that though, we must first get our own act together. Wealth is a like a goblet. When it reaches the top, it overflows. If we are prosperous and engage in trade with them, then they in turn will become wealthy. Thus is the beauty of capitalism. If their standard of living increases and they stop being so dirt poor, then they will settle down. Wealth breeds contentment. Just look at our own society. People who have a full belly and a roof over their heads don't go out and start killing people. They've no need to.
