What to do at my 13th b- day party?

My birthday is on July 1st and I am having a regular party in the back yard . I would get wet but my mom won't let us (bills). So I don't just wanna sit there talking it would eventually get boring. So can someone please give me some ideas for activities to do? Thx soooooo much!!!!!
